Two competitors Place themselves head-to-head in a planked position separated by the line of scrimmage. each player must topple his opponent without touching any part of his body in his opponent’s area of play. Competitors must maintain plank position or face a penalty. at the end of a 60-sec round, the player with the most takedowns wins the round. The winner of two out of three rounds wins the match.
